Planned Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum will be "fun for everyone"

(Fargo, ND) -- The executive director for the planned Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum says the $70M facility will focus on science, technology, engineering, and math.

"We're going to cover all four areas. It's going to be an interactive museum and it's going to be reflective of the region, and fun for everyone," said Josey Ballenger.

Ballenger says the "world class" 63,500 square foot museum is planned for the intersection of Seter Parkway and 31st Avenue South, southwest of Scheels Arena.

Ballenger says the place is set to open in early 2027.
