(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender has moved to a new location in the city.
46-year-old Gary Dean Feather Junior registered at 123 15th Street North.
Feather was assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.
He is six feet tall, weighs 215 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair.
Feather was convicted in U.S. District Court count of Sexual Abuse in April of 2012.
His victim was an adult female.
He is a high-risk lifetime registrant.
