(Moorhead, MN) -- A high speed chase through multiple towns ended with the arrest of a Fargo resident.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office says a deputy attempted to pull over a stolen vehicle near Georgetown on US. Highway 75, the vehicle took off and reached speeds up to 100 miles per hour. Stop sticks were used by multiple agencies, and PIT maneuvers were used twice in an attempt to stop the vehicle. The second PIT maneuver stopped the vehicle in the 1800 block of Center Avenue in Moorhead, where authorities arrested 27-year-old Cody Ostman.
Ostman is charged with Felony Fleeing a Police Officer in a Vehicle, Felony Possession of Stolen Property, a warrant for Fleeing a Police in a Vehicle, and two warrants for Probation Violation.
