(Fargo, ND) -- A hit-and-run crash in North Fargo yesterday afternoon ended in a drunk driving arrest.
The crash happened at 10th Street and 13th avenue, near NDSU, around 4:30 p.m. No one was hurt in the incident.
Authorities say 46-year-old William Boerjan was caught by neary residents and arrested by police. Boerjan is facing a DUI charge.
