Suspect in July 6th shooting near elementary school and hospital in custody

(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department say they have arrested a suspect who is connected to gunfire near the 32nd avenue Essentia health Hospital.

Authorities say they have arrested Chad Wollery, who is a facing reckless endangerment and for an outstanding warrant. He was arrested in the 5000 block of 28th Avenue South on Wednesday. The July 6th shooting happened near Ed Clapp Elementary School, Fargo's Dr. James Carlson Library, and an Essentia Health hospital. 

The East Central District Court is also showing Wollery has a warrant out for his arrest for a Felony Delivery of Fentanyl charge. WDAY Radio is attempting to learn more details on this charge.
