Fargo  -  The price of gas continues to rise. North Dakota's statewide average is $3.72 a gallon, while in Minnesota, prices are averaging $3.82 a gallon. Triple-A says that's about 21-cents higher than a week ago and 38-cents higher than a month ago. Prices in Fargo-Moorhead vary widely, from a low of $3.32 a gallon to as high as $3.89.

Experts say the summer heat has caused some issues at refinery production plants.  They believe constrained supplies and higher oil costs are to blame for the jump at the pump.
