FARGO - Pools throughout Fargo are preparing to shut down for the season. The Fargo Park District says Madison Pool & Splashpad will close on Sunday, August 13, at 5:00 p.m., Southwest Rec Pool shuts down for the season on Friday, August 18, at 5:00 p.m., and Roger G. Gress Northside Pool will close on Friday, August 18, at 8:00 p.m.
The Davies Pool will be open a little longer in the season, from Aug.19 - 27, and again on September 2 - 4 before shutting down for the season. Hours are 1:00-5:00 p.m. each day.
