(Fargo, ND) -- A downtown Fargo bar is being fined $500 for serving minors.

The owners of District 64 say they've been doing their best to keep underage drinkers out, but minors are using fake ID's and other methods to get in. The City's liquor control board met with the owners yesterday and determined District 64 violated city code. The owners of District 64 say they have taken the issue seriously, citing a blacklist for people who used fake ID's in the past, and the recent purchase of a $1,500 scanner to check for the fake ID's.
