(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public about a registered HIGH-RISK sex offender who is living at a new address in in the city.
Blake Allen Charboneau has registered at 1122 2nd Ave. S., Apartment 8.
In 2004, he was convicted in Pennington County of sexual contact with an incapable person.
The victim was a 23-year-old woman.
In 1990, he was convicted of sexually abusing at 10-year-old girl.
Charboneau is 64 years-old, 6’1”, 260 pounds, and has brown eyes, and gray hair.
