(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo man is charged with attempted murder after authorities say he shot a woman six times Wednesday morning.
The shooting took place in the 10 block of 7th Street North just before 1:30 a.m., when authorities say they heard gunfire in the area and arrived to find a woman with serious injuries. Fargo Police say 30-year old Kyle Ochoa was on the scene and was arrested without incident. Court documents say the six shots struck the victim in her right leg, right shoulder, and left thigh.
Ochoa is currently in Cass County Jail on an attempted murder charge.
