(Fargo, ND) --  AP Psychology students at Fargo Davies High School hosted a "Zombie Cafe" Tuesday, serving up delicious dishes and snacks created to look like parts of the human brain.

"The kids have been working on learning all the various parts of the brain and how they affect our behavior in the world of psychology and so we use the day of Halloween to take a look at what all of the different brain parts do," said teacher Rachel Erickson.

Erickson says groups of students created restaurant storefronts and menus serving up the finest cranial cuisine including cerebellum, frontal lobes, and medulla.

Parents and other school staff sampled the offerings while also voting on the best displays and presentations by the students, who showcased their knowledge of the brain and its functions.
