(Fargo, ND) -- A Moorhead photographer is headed to prison for charges related to luring a minor by computer.
Monday, 52-year-old Robby Njos entered an Alford plea to the charge.
The plea means Njos does not admit guilt but admits there is enough evidence for a conviction.
Njos was sentenced to 28 months in prison and five years probation.
He also must register as a sex offender.
The male victim was 15-years-old at the time of the crime in 2021.
