(Fargo, ND) -- Two men are facing charges in connection with three burglaries in Hunter in December.
According to the Cass County Sheriff's Office, 29-year-old Gardner resident Jacob Scott Iten is charged with conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, two counts of burglary and two counts of conspiracy to commit theft of property.
38-year-old Fargo resident Matthew John McCroskey is charged with conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, three counts of burglary and two counts of conspiracy to commit theft of property.
McCroskey is also charged with criminal mischief.
