(Fargo, ND) — A Fargo man was arrested this morning during the execution of a search warrant by officers from the Fargo Police Department along with support from the Red River Valley SWAT Team.
It happened just after 5:30 in the 3400 block of 14th Ave S.
The man arrested is identified as 46-year-old Edward Goulet.
He was taken to the Cass County Jail and is charged with Felonious Restraint and Outstanding Warrants.
The SWAT team used a Flash Sound Diversionary Device (FSSD) to create a loud bang and flash of light in order to distract any individuals within the room to allow officers to safely breach the door.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
