(Moorhead, MN) -- A Moorhead woman has been sentenced to 60 days in jail and five-years of supervised probation for a hit-and-run that seriously injured a 12-year old boy last April.
60-year old Jacqueline Swanson pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular operation. The crash happened in April of 2023 as Zamir Rayford was riding his bike along 21st Street South. Rayford suffered multiple broken bones, damaged organs, and has already undergone 12 surgeries.
