--(Fargo, ND) -- A woman says one of her dogs is dead, and another is injured after she and her dogs were attacked  in Fargo on April 5th.

Judy Ugland Kubalak says the attack happened on a pathway in the Rose Creek area on April 5th. She was walking her two dogs, Winston and Franklin, and claims two Rottweilers ran across the golf course and attacked. Kubalak claims to have been bitten on the neck. One Rottweiler carried Winston away in its jaws. Franklin was also mauled. Kubalak said she kicked and screamed at the Rottweilers.

The woman tells WDAY Radio that police officers and bystanders were able to separate the dogs.

Kubalak said Franklin died from injuries sustained in the attack. Winston was found in a nearby neighborhood limping but alive.

WDAY Radio is attempting to learn more about the two Rottweilers accused of attacking Kubalak's dogs. Additionally, WDAY Radio is reaching out to the Fargo Police Department for more details about the alleged incident.
