(Fargo, ND) — The Fargo Marathon is just around the corner, with some changes expected to arrive for the upcoming 2024 run.
The Fargo Marathon will begin and end on NDSU Campus in 2024, instead of their usual Fargodome location.The new locations caused some “minor adjustments” to the marathon’s path, but frequent runners will recognize the route.
“For the most part is should stay pretty similar to what people saw last year,” said Chip Hazewski, the Fargo Marathon’s Senior Race Director. “Luckily we didn’t have to do too much planning for any route that would be affected by flooding. I think we will be in good shape.”
Below are a list of events for the Fargo Marathon in 2024.
- Buffalo Wild Wings Cyclothon (May 28th)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield 5k (renamed to the Mark Knutson Friday Night 5k) (May 31)
- Essentia Marathon and Half Marathon (June 1st)
- Fargo Youth Run (June 1st)
- Fargo “Furgo” dog run (June 1st)
