Fargo Police arrest man for allegedly causing crash into two parked cars

(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo driver was hospitalized and arrested following a vehicle crash early this morning.

The Fargo Police Department says they responded to the scene, the 800 block of 10th Avenue N., at 1 a.m. Police learned a verbal argument in the vehicle led to the crash, which hit two parked cars. The driver, 37-year-old John Gaily, was transported to a local hospital for facial injuries but refused medical treatment.

He was later arrested for DUI, and DUI refusal, and was cited for Operating a vehicle without a seatbelt and Distracted driving.
