(West Fargo, ND) — A traffic signal is set to be put in outside of Costco over two months.
Construction of the intersection of 23rd Avenue East and Bluestem Drive will begin on Monday. The phases will restrict traffic temporarily between the phases.
- Phase One: May 13 – May 21: 23rd Ave E between 6th Street E and Veteran’s Boulevard will be reduced to single lane head-to-head traffic.
- Phase Two: May 22nd – June 5: Costco entrance at Bluestem Drive closes on May 22nd and is expected to open on June 5th.
- Phase Three: June 6th – July 3rd: Signal instillation will not reduce traffic lanes, but ongoing construction will continue until July 3rd.
No special assessments will be used for this project.
