FARGO, ND — Court Documents are revealing more information about an arrest over the weekend which stems from an alleged murder in a Fargo apartment building.
Randall Duffy was arrested on Saturday after police charged him with murder for the death of Jody Campbell following a domestic dispute. Court documents reveal Duffy called the police on himself, which say he admitted to putting Campbell in a headlock over a missing meth pipe. Documents say Duffy left the scene once Campbell went limp, and returned about an hour later to find her still laying there. After six hours of deliberation, Duffy then called police.
An investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
