WEST FARGO, ND – Beginning Tuesday, and lasting all week, 8th Street West and 2nd Avenue West in West Fargo will be closed.
According to the City of West Fargo, 8th Street is closing due to a manhole repair. That’ll cause 2nd Avenue West to be closed to through traffic.
The northbound traffic will be detoured to Main Ave West from 3rd Avenue West to 8th Street West and 2nd Avenue West. Residents on 2nd Avenue West will have access to their homes, and the city’s recycling drop-off site will be accessible by entering and exiting using 6th Street West.
The work is expected to wrap up Friday, weather permitting.
