FARGO, N.D. – Fargo Deputy Mayor Denise Kolpack is running to be the city’s next mayor.
Among the issues Kolpack has identified within city government has to do with the culture shown through the departments. The identification comes after an employee engagement survey was conducted across all city departments.
“There was some real honest feedback there,” she said.
The survey’s results were released in mid-November.
It showed 51 percent of city employees are ‘somewhat engaged’ through their employment.
