(MOORHEAD, MINN) – One person is displaced after an apartment fire overnight in south Moorhead.
Crews were called around midnight to the 1200 block of 20th Street South on a report of a structure fire. When they arrived, they encountered heavy smoke and visible flames from a third-floor apartment window. The fire was quickly contained to a single apartment, with damage to the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
No one was injured, and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
Crews from Fargo and Dilworth assisted on the call.
