FARGO, N.D. – A man faces several charges after a stabbing near the North Dakota State University campus.
Fargo Police officers were sent to an apartment building on the 1600 block of Dakota Drive North around 6:15 AM on Monday, November 17.
They found a man with non-life threatening injuries and he declined medical treatment.
Police say a man barricaded himself in an apartment and the SWAT Team was called.
Around 9:00, SWAT used a “chemical irritant” to get into an apartment where 55-year-old Michael Conover of Fargo surrendered. He faces aggravated domestic assault and preventing arrest charges.
