FARGO, N.D. – Fargo Police have arrested two people and cited another while enforcing the city’s camping ban.
On May 1st, the day the ban officially took effect, officers headed to a camp on the 900 block of Oak Street North near Mickelson Park finding three people.
40-old Kimberly Aulakh was arrested on a warrant for not paying a fine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
41-year-old Larry Wellman, Junior was arrested on a warrant for failing to complete community service, as well as for the camping ban violation.
49-year-old Jamie Morin, Aulakh was also cited for breaking the city’s new camping ban ordinance.
