FARGO, ND — Fargo Police say they have identified and apprehend a suspect from an assault in the August 3 assault in the 300 block of Broadway.
Tabias Walker, 19, was arrested Sunday. Police Lieutenant Nate Nieman announced the arrest at a press conference Monday morning.
“Yesterday evening, with the assistance of Metro Street Crimes and the Moorhead Police Department, we were able to locate and arrest (Tabias) Walker in Moorhead, Minnesota,” he said.
Nieman says he’s still in the Clay County Jail in Moorhead.
The case is being referred to the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office for formal charging and extradition, he said.
The victim remains in critical condition at a local hospital.
