Douglas is accused of gunning down of Elijah Hughes along the 4700 block of 16th Avenue South on the morning of August 3rd. He is also connected to at least two other Fargo shootings on July 6th and 22nd.

But the search still continues for 19-year old Tyrque Jones, who is wanted for shooting and killing one person and injuring two others in the 50 block of Broadway that same morning.

Authorities could not say if Jones was still in the state of North Dakota, but are still seeking tips and information from the public.
