NORTH DAKOTA – Those from ages 12 to 15 are now required to pass a boating basics course to drive a boat in North Dakota because of a new law.
The courses are offered for free online and can be found by clicking here.
Teens will learn about several topics including navigation rules, understanding weather and first aid safety.
