(FARGO, ND) – Capstone Classical Academy is celebrating another milestone.
The Academy, which was founded in 2021, moved into its new building on 43rd Street South in early January. For Headmaster Paul Fisher, the milestone reached marks a momentous occasion in the Academy’s brief history.
Students, staff, administration and other supporters were on hand Wednesday as the cross was raised above the building by construction crews. Scheduled for earlier in the morning, weather delayed the placement of the cross until late afternoon. Nonetheless, it was a special time for those gathered.
“Since we moved into the building, I’ve been waiting for this particular moment because the most profound and clear symbol of our mission is on the top,” Fisher said, referring to the cross. “It declares to us and holds us accountable for our Christ-centered mission.”
The Academy serves students through 10th grade.
