FARGO, ND – Cass County Commissioner Joel Vettel says he’s considering a run for the top spot in the City of Fargo.
When reached Monday by Flag Family News, Vettel said he has not made a decision yet whether or not he’ll run for mayor.
“(I’m) still considering the opportunity,” Vettel said.
Vettel spent several years as a member of the Fargo Police Department, followed by a stint as the Executive Director of the Fargo Park District before accepting a job with Sanford Health.
In addition to Dr. Mayor Tim Mahoney’s spot on the city’s governing body, two other spots are up for grabs.
