(FARGO, ND) — Cass County has a new county engineer.
The Cass County Commission Wednesday approved the appointment of Kyle Litchy as the County Engineer. Litchy joined the Cass County Highway Department full-time in 2013 as an engineering technician. In 2017, he was promoted to assistant county engineer of design and construction, a position he has held for the past eight years. He will begin his duties as county engineer immediately.
He replaces Jason Benson, who is now leading the Metro Flood Diversion Authority as its Executive Director.
