Cass County schedules aerial mosquito spraying as cases of West Nile Virus continue to be reported

CASS COUNTY, ND – Ongoing human infections and hospitalizations from mosquitos is causing Cass County Vector Control to schedule an aerial mosquito spraying operation.

“The community is currently at the highest risk level for West Nile Virus,” a press release from Cass County said.

A total of five cases have been reported in Cass County. A total of 11 have been reported statewide.

On Thursday, aerial spraying will take place in Fargo, West Fargo and Moorhead. It’ll begin sometime after 7:30 p.m.
