BISMARCK, N.D. — The superintendent at Central Cass Public Schools has been named to North Dakota’s Board of Public Education.
State Superintendent Levi Bachmeier says Morgan Forness will succeed him.
Forness will represent Barnes, Cass, Grand Forks, Griggs, Nelson, Steele and Traill counties. The appointment will also earn Forness a seat on the state Board of Career and Technical Education.
He’s in his sixth year at Central Cass and 31st year in education overall.
Forness will serve the remainder of Bachmeier’s term, which ends June 30th, 2030.
