HORACE, ND — An 18-year-old woman faces upgraded charges in connection with a crash in Horace that hurt several people.
It happened last month on County Road 17, where authorities say McKenzie Moser veered into the opposite lane and collided with another car. All three people in the other car were seriously hurt. Moser was initially charged with DUI and DUI refusal, but now faces a criminal vehicular injury charge.
If convicted, Moser could get up to five years in prison.
