FARGO – The City of Fargo is set to move one step closer to the relocation of the Downtown Engagement Center.
Discussion surrounding a proposed lease agreement is on Monday night’s agenda for the Fargo City Commission.
The property would be rented by the City of Fargo and is located at 2001 1st Avenue North in Fargo, just east of the Fargo Police Department headquarters on 25th Street North. It’s a 54,5000 square foot building, with 43,700 square feet of warehouse space and 10,800 square feet of office space. An additional 8,615 square feet would be used for outside storage by the City of Fargo, according to the current version of the proposed lease agreement.
The City of Fargo would lease from Bullinger Enterprises, LLC for a period of three years, beginning on January 1, 2026.
