Clay County approves 2026 budget with levy increase

MOORHEAD, MINN. – Clay County Commissioners have approved their 2026 budget.

The 2026 levy is $47,284,559, which represents a 4.3 percent increase over the 2025 budget.

Property owners will see the changes in their 2026 property tax statements.
