MOORHEAD, Minn. – Concordia College and Minnesota State Community and Technical College will begin an academic partnership in the fall.
It allows for agreements for biology, psychology and business pathways for M State graduates to seamlessly transfer to Concordia to complete a bachelor’s degree. M State students can also participate in study abroad programs through Concordia. There will also be a new minor in criminal justice at Concordia where students will take classes taught by M State faculty through the Metro College Alliance course-sharing model.
“Both M State and Concordia College are deeply committed to creating attainable and accessible educational pathways for students, to ensuring students achieve high levels of success, and to strengthening the Fargo-Moorhead region,” Concordia College provost and dean Dr. Susan Larson said.
“This collaboration fosters faculty partnerships, enriching academic programs and promoting innovative teaching practices. Together, we are committed to student success and lifelong learning in the Metro,” M State provost and vice president for academic affairs Dr. Matt Borcherding said.
