CASS COUNTY – Cass County Road 14 will be closed beginning tomorrow.
The closure is part of the construction of the stormwater diversion channel portion of the FM Area Diversion project.
ASN Constructors will be completing installation of a culvert in preparation of the County Road 14 crossing’s opening to traffic, which is set for late October.
Because of the project, a temporary lane closure is needed on County Road 14, southwest of Horace, between 81st Street S and 168th Avenue SE. Flaggers will be in place to coordinate traffic through the closure.
The closure is planned to last through October 8. Dates of the closure will be dependent on weather and may change.
Delays are expected as traffic will come to a stop to navigate through the lane closure. The public is asked to allow extra time and remain alert to changing conditions when driving through this construction zone.
