NORTH DAKOTA – Retired Marine, former educator, oil worker and now political columnist Trygve Hammer announces his second consecutive campaign as a Democrat for North Dakota’s Congressional seat.
“Right now we have no voice in Congress. We need someone who will see something and say something. We need a representative who will demand that Congress take back its rightful powers,” Hammer said in a press release.
Hammer lost to Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak in the 2024 election where Fedorchak got 69% of votes.
The Velva native will be speaking at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration at The Spot in Minot at 6:30 PM.
