WARD COUNTY, N.D. -On Sunday, March 1, Highway Patrol stopped a vehicle going 150 miles per hour in a 70 mile per hour zone near Minot.
It happened north of town on Highway 83.
The driver was cited for speeding, given a $420 ticket and faces 15 points on their drivers license.
A driver’s license is suspended after 12 points, and the suspension is for seven days for each point after 11.
