VALLEY CITY, ND – An enforcement targeting impaired drivers is set for next Friday.
It’ll take place in Barnes County, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol. The enforcement will be conducted in partnership with the Valley City Police Department. After a sobriety checkpoint, saturation patrols will also take place in Barnes County.
As of Sunday, 40 people have been killed on North Dakota’s roadways, with 20 percent of those fatalities involving alcohol.
