FARGO, ND – A fire in a south Fargo garage spread to a home early Friday morning.
Fargo firefighters were called to a structure fire in the 1600 block of East Gateway Circle South. When they arrived, heavy smoke and flames were showing from the garage, causing a dispatch for a second alarm fire. The fire had also began spreading into the home through an interior garage door.
All of the residents had evacuated, with the firefighters gaining control of the blaze within 10 minutes.
Nobody was reported injured, but the residents were displaced due to fire and smoke damage.
The fire remains under investigation.
