FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Fargo police responded to an aggravated assault from over the weekend at 1902 3rd Avenue North in Fargo.
When police got on scene, the victim told authorities he was punched multiple times in the head and strangled. The victim adding that the man who punched him was named “Timmy”. Authorities would identify the man as Timmy Lindermann. Camera footage from the altercation showed the victim and Lindermann with Linderman striking the victim in the head area and would then pin him on the ground.
Lindermann denied the altercation took place, and he is being charged with aggravated assault as well as simple assault.
