FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Another man has been sentenced for his part in a downtown Fargo assault in April of 2024.
Terrell Smith will spend 30 days in Cass County jail and was also sentenced to two years of probation for being an accomplice to aggravated assault.
He had previously entered an Alford Plea, dropping a charge for aggravated assault in the process.
Smith was one of six people arrested in connection to a group beating in April, 2024. The victim suffered serious injuries to his face.
Two other people have also been sentenced for their roles in this incident, another was found guilty and is awaiting his sentencing.
