FARGO, N.D. — Fargo Municipal Court will temporarily move its operations to the second floor of the Fargo Civic Center starting Monday, Aug. 31, city officials announced.
The move from the court’s current facility at 402 NP Avenue is required after structural concerns were discovered in the parking garage located directly beneath the building.
Despite the change in location, municipal officials emphasized that court operations will continue without interruption. All scheduled hearings, records requests, and payment processing will proceed as planned at the Civic Center, located at 207 4th Street North.
Individuals with upcoming court appearances should report to the temporary location as scheduled unless explicitly instructed otherwise by court staff.

Building Entrance: Visitors must enter through the door on the southeast corner of the Civic Center.
Parking: Public parking will be available in the lot directly east of the Civic Center, adjacent to City Hall.
City officials expressed appreciation for the public’s patience as they evaluate long-term options for a permanent municipal court facility.
