FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A 43-year-old Fargo resident, identified as Scott Johnson, has been cited for an obstructed windshield due to frost after striking a pedestrian near 7th Avenue North and 7th Street North.
The incident occurred around 7:55 a.m. on October 29, after Fargo Police responded to a call regarding a pedestrian-vehicle collision.
The pedestrian was injured in the collision and transported to a local medical facility. The extent of their injuries is unknown.
