FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A man is in custody after a police chase on Tuesday night.
Officers responded to a parking lot in the 3100 block of 25th Street South where an occupied stolen vehicle was located.
Upon officers arriving, the vehicle fled to a nearby apartment complex on 32nd Avenue South.
Police were able to make contact with 24-year-old Samuel Fenton, who was arrested.
Officials report no injuries and say there is no danger to the public.
