Fargo Police are investigating a fatal shooting. It happened at an apartment complex in the 2700 block of 41st Street South just before 9:30 p.m. Monday night. An adult male victim was taken to the hospital, but died from his injuries a short time later.
Police believe the victim knew the shooter, but they have not said whether that person is in custody. They are still gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
