Fargo Police report nearly 10,000 calls for service in July

FARGO, ND – The Fargo Police Department says it responded to nearly 10,000 calls for service in the month of July.

Statistics released Saturday morning on the department’s Facebook page show that 9,492 calls for service were responded to by officers in the month of July. That’s an average of 306 calls per day.

“As of the end of July, our 2025 calls for service total is 58,135,” the department wrote in a social media post. “From holiday weekend fireworks complaints and proactive traffic stops to welfare checks and theft investigations, our officers remain dedicated to serving as guardians of the #Fargo community every day.”

Data available from the Fargo Police Department shows an increase in calls for service over the past three months, compared to the first four months of 2025.
