FARGO – Fargo Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating an attempted murder suspect.
Police responded to an aggravated assault near the 700 block of College Street North at before 6 a.m. Friday. Upon arrival, a male was located with significant injuries.
The police department’s investigation revealed 23-year-old Moorhead resident Lena Deoliveira as a suspect in the case. She’s identified as a 5-foot-7 inch female with brown hair and eyes. She’s wanted for attempted murder in the case. Police are warning to not approach or attempt to apprehend Deoliveira, but rather call 9-1-1 immediately and provide as much detail as possible – including location, direction of travel, clothing description or anyone she may be with.
The victim is being treated at a local hospital for injuries sustained in the incident.
